Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Flarah, we take great care in crafting, packaging, and delivering our handmade skincare products, candles, soaps, perfumes, and personal care products. Due to the nature of these products and for hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, we maintain a strict no-return policy except in cases where the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Returns & Replacements

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products once they have been delivered due to hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team and providing the following:

- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product and outer packaging
- An uninterrupted unboxing/opening video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully revealed
- A brief description of the issue

The unboxing video is mandatory for all claims relating to damaged, defective, leaked, missing, tampered, or incorrect products. The video must clearly show the sealed package before opening and the condition of the product upon opening.

Claims submitted without a clear and continuous unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit.

Requests received after 24 hours of delivery, or without the required supporting evidence, may be declined.

Upon verification of the claim, Flarah reserves the right to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at its sole discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

- Skincare products
- Soaps
- Candles
- Perfumes and fragrances
- Personal care products
- Gift hampers and gift sets
- Customized or personalized products
- Opened, used, or tampered products
- Products purchased during special sales, clearance sales, promotional offers, or discount campaigns

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order details. Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

Approved cancellation refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:

- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and the claim has been approved by Flarah after verification.
- An order is successfully cancelled within the permitted cancellation window.

Refunds will not be issued for:

- Change of mind after purchase
- Personal preference regarding fragrance, texture, colour, appearance, or performance
- Allergic reactions or sensitivities to ingredients
- Failure to read product descriptions, usage instructions, or ingredient lists before purchase
- Delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control
- Claims submitted without the required photographs and uninterrupted unboxing video
- Opened, used, or partially used products

Adverse Effects & Product Usage Disclaimer

While Flarah products are formulated with care and quality ingredients, individual skin types and sensitivities may vary. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before using any skincare or personal care product, especially if you have sensitive skin, allergies, or known skin conditions.

If you experience redness, irritation, discomfort, or any adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and contact our customer support team.

To ensure safe and effective use, customers are advised to carefully read and follow all product instructions, warnings, and ingredient information provided on the packaging and website.

Please note:

- Flarah products are cosmetic and personal care products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease.
- Flarah does not provide dermatological consultations, medical advice, or dermatological treatments.
- Flarah shall not be responsible for adverse reactions arising from known or unknown allergies, misuse of products, failure to perform a patch test, or failure to follow usage instructions.
- Flarah does not offer monetary compensation for allergic reactions, sensitivities, dissatisfaction with results, or individual skin responses.
- Products that have been opened, used, or unsealed are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund except where required by applicable law.
